Oliver retired after spending 36 years in education.  Oliver is a founding member of OAR, the Justin Wynn Fund, and the Warren (“Billy”) Cherry Scholarship Fund. Throughout his life and even into retirement, Oliver has striven to model his life on the motto: “High Expectations; No Exceptions; No Excuses!” Today, the motto graces the scholarship that is named in his honor.  His life’s goal is to help somebody so that his life will not be in vain.
